Service Description
The assessment process will include the following activities:
- Meet and greet parents and child / young person (online)
- Parent Intake Interview or Questionnaire
- Information gathering (home, school, other)
- School observation (younger children)
- Preparation of child or young person for the assessment
- Assessment (strengths, interests, cognitive ability, attainment, emotional, social and behavioural aspects, adaptive behaviour and other)
- Formulation and Report Writing
- Feedback Conversation with Parents (online / in-person)
- Feedback Conversation with the Child / Young Person (online / in-person)
- Feedback Conversation with Parents and School (as required) (online / in-person)
